My sweet husband decided to surprise me by painting the nursery a sweet lavender. He was off during the day and worked all day until I got home. What a pleasant surprise! Every now and then, I peak in the room and turn the light on to admire the room. I can't believe we're going to have a little girl. I am just so excited.

It's a girl!!!
pregnancy 0We finally found out the sex of the baby! It's amazing how crystal clear it was on the ultrasound screen. We're having a sweet little girl. I really look forward to a little shopping buddy and someone to do crafts with in the future!

Milestone: Felt first kick!
pregnancy 0Today, I finally felt my first kick. Every now and then in my lower abdomen, I feel a little twitch in my belly. If i put my hand over my belly, sometimes I feel the movement on my hand too. It's so weird! It feels like I have a little feather tickling the bottom of my hand or maybe like a bug crawling on my palm. It really is an amazing feeling

Sonogram Pictures 0Boy this little one was doing somersaults in my belly today. I can't believe it already has all of its body parts already. The doctor said it is about the size of my thumb. :)
